So what IS Paleo and Primal?
I'm so glad you asked!
In a nutshell:
Eat plants and animals, because your body is conditioned to accept these easily, and convert the carbohydrates and fats in what you eat into energy. Once that is gone, your body continues to burn off the fat already stored, instead of sitting around and waiting for the next doseof pasta or bread or whatever.
Eat/use healthy fats- coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, fattier cuts of meat. Yes, that means you can enjoy that crispy golden chicken skin!
For weight loss, limit fruits and starchy veggies, nuts and dairy.
Avoid grains, legumes, processed and artificial anything, sugars, starches, and most seeds.
Move more.
